# Add users

In Booqi, you can create multiple users. Useful for when multiple employees need to work in the system.
You do this by going to: “Settings” > ‘Users’.

There you see the overview of already created users.
Press the “Add user” button to add a user.

You can select an already existing role for each user. If you click on the role you will see what permissions the user with that role gets.
You can also change the rights for each user individually.

You can also create new roles yourself by clicking on the menu item “Roles”.
There it is possible to define roles for different users.
