# Set up your own help desk

Each Booqi shop has its own FAQ page. You can set this up completely by yourself.
You do this by going to> Settings > FAQ.

Then you can display there the most frequently asked questions and answers from your visitors.
We have created an example on the following page: https://museum.booqi.me/faq

Once your page is activated it will be displayed in the footer of your shop.
We also recommend communicating it in your e-mail confirmation, but you can also link to it from your own site.

You fill the page by putting your data in the open fields and by adding questions.
