Subscription - Profiles

When working with subscriptions at Booqie.me, it's important to also understand customer profiles. These profiles play a crucial role in managing subscriptions and help you provide a personalized experience. Below I explain what profiles are, why they are important and how you can manage them in conjunction with subscriptions at Booqie.me.

What are profiles with subscriptions?
A profile with a subscription in Booqie.me contains all the important data and preferences of a customer who has purchased a subscription. This profile is linked to the subscription information and provides an overview of customer activities, such as their subscription status, billing information, and other relevant data.

how to access customer profiles ?
log in as ADMIN and click on: Subscriptions

After you have done that you will come to your screen where all your customer data is listed, in the upper right corner you can create a new subscription.

So you have created a new subscription
You can then add Numbers



And then the Name, last name and E-mail address


After you have added your customer you can look at the data by clicking on the yeye.


By clicking on the eye you will see the profile of your customer and all his data: the name , Email, information , passes and events
