Creating customer groups

Within Booqi, you can create customer groups and give each group different permissions.
This can be useful, for example, if you have a lot of repeat customers. Some examples could be:

- Resellers who want to sell tickets for you
- Schools or associations that often order larger quantities on account
- Subscribers who can take advantage of special discounts

So you can create groups and add users to this group. You do this as Admin by going to : customers > customer groups > + add group.
Once you have added a group there you can start filling it with customers.





You can give the following permissions to the group.

- Allow the group to order by invoice. They then do not have to make a payment.
- You can assign special products to this group that only customers in this specific group can order.
- You can assign discount codes to this specific group, only the customers in this group can use these discounts.
