Dynamic pricing Target group/ Day prices
You might want to set prices both dynamically per day and per target group. For example, you differentiate between tickets for children and adults but would also like to differentiate for these 2 groups between, say, a weekend and a weekday price. Or different prices per season, for example.
To continue on the example above, you could use the following price table.
To get this correctly in our system, select the ‘Dynamic’ price at the price of your product.

Note: you can only select this if you have also selected target groups for your respective product.
Then click on the target groups tab and create the desired target groups there and save your product. Once you have done this, you can add your prices per target group, per time slot.
Because this could basically give each time slot a different price, you have to enter each price for each time slot.
We do this by uploading a CSV file. To do this, go to ‘Book times’ and click ‘Upload’.

Above, you can see where to upload your CSV. First you must now compile the CSV.
You can find our example template via this link
Please note! When using this function, please note the following;
- As soon as you upload a CSV, you can no longer edit the opening times/time slots of this product via Booqi, only via CSV files.
- You must then do a new upload before end date to extend your bookable period.
- Your current active bookable periods (not created via CSV upload) will be removed, as these are still automatically generated.
- If your price/capacity type is set to day or time slot, these will be adjusted to the price and capacity of the booking moment from the CSV.
- It is possible to keep capacity set to no/unlimited capacity i.c.w. CSV upload, you can use 0 as the value of column CAPACITY in your CSV.
File format & layout
- A CSV file should use ,, ; or | as the delimeter/separator. Other characters are not supported.
- All columns should be included at all times, value of PRICE and/or CAPACITY can contain 0 (see above).
- If a value in a column is not used, fill it with -.
- For date format, YYYY-MM-DD should be used, example: 2020-01-01 for ‘1 January 2020’.
- For time format, HH:II should be used as 24-hour format, example: 10:00 for ‘10 am’ and 22:00 for ‘10 pm’.
- For price format, 0.00 should be used. For cents, do not use a comma but a full stop.
- TARGET GROUP ID: replace with the ID of the target group. You can find it by hovering your mouse over the icon for your target group

To continue on the example above, you could use the following price table.
Ticket type | Weekend price | Weekday price |
---|---|---|
Adult | € 15 | € 10 |
Children | € 12 | € 8 |
To get this correctly in our system, select the ‘Dynamic’ price at the price of your product.
