Rebook orders

Within it is possible to let the customer rebook the order themselves, you do this by sending a rebooking link to your customer.
You do this by going as admin to Settings > General > scroll through until you see the rebooking link.

You will then see the following screen:
Rebook URL

Then you can set this link to active or inactive. When you copy the URL you can send it to the customer so they can independently rebook their order.
There is also the possibility to place the rebook URL on your website so that customers always have the possibility to modify the order he/she has made.

When the customer clicks on this rebooking link he/she will see the following:

Then you enter your order number and email address here and then you can start rebooking the ticket.
