How can I adjust book times or my schedule?

Per product we work with Book Moments it may be that you close for a few days or you may not want to display certain book moments online anymore. You will then want to adjust the book moments. Think about whether this is a temporary change or a longer period. There are several options to do this.

If only a few book months are involved, it is easiest to delete the specific book moments.
How to do that read here](/en/article/how-can-I-remove-an-existing-bookmoment-full-12c80up/).

If it is for a longer period or a more permanent change, the smartest thing to do is to adjust it in your product's configuration.
Go to the detail page of your product by clicking on “Shop” > relevant product. Scroll down, you will see the following screen:

Book Times

There you can make the adjustments regarding your new schedule. Uncheck days if you are permanently not open on those days.
If you are closed for an exceptional period, for example during vacations or a long term event. Then use the exceptional days “Closed” option.
Both outlined in red in screenshot.

Basically, the system creates book moments for the next 180 days. So each night book moments are added as the day passes and 180 days is 1 day into the future. The creation of the new booking moments is always done based on the configuration as you put it here.
After you have modified your schedule click on save and you will see a red screen.

READ THIS INFO CAREFULLY

If you read the text you will see that your changes will affect the book times as they appear in the system. We would like to know when you will make these changes.
In fact, if you make the changes immediately, we will delete the old bookings and replace them with new ones. If there have already been orders, these are no longer linked to a booking moment and your availability will no longer be correct. The safest thing to do is to let the changes take effect on the first possible day that people could not yet buy a ticket online. This is the date we suggest in the dropdown.

In the overview screen you see at the top the info Online availability until ...
This date is based on the setting you entered yourself in “Days in advance” (see screenshot below):

days-ahead

So if you want to remain flexible to change your time slots in the future and not affect bookings that have already been made. Make sure that days ahead is not too far ahead, we recommend setting it to 30 days.
