Rebooking Tickets
For visitors and administrators it is possible to rebook already booked tickets. For this, however, a rebooking must be allowed from your system. First go to:
Settings > Check “Allow rebooking” and click save.

Once the shop allows rebooking, copy the link from the field and paste it into your browser.
On this page it is possible to make a rebooking based on your order number and email address associated with the order.
You can also add this page as a hyperlink in emails or place it on your site so that guests have the option to rebook an order themselves.
Note: Rebooking is not possible for tickets whose time slot has already started.
