Viewing Orders

Orders screen is main page where you can view, edit, and manage all your orders. This screen also gives you a brief overview of how many orders are have been created, the status of each order, and the total amount of every order.

To access this page, go to Booqi > Orders

Let us understand each and every detail of the Orders screen.

ID: This is the unique id created for every order
Date: Date on which the order is created.
Status: The status of the order is shown "Completed" if the payment is completed or "Cancelled" if the order has been cancelled.
Customer: Name of the person who created the order.
Items: Number of items in each order. For example, there can be tickets, upsells etc.
Total: Total amount of each order.

The orders page is a very important page for you to view and update the order details. When you click on an order number, the details of the order is displayed.

Data

The customer details such as Name, Phone number and the Email address is shown in the Data section.

Products

This tab shows the products or the tickets which are purchased in the order. Some details such as Date, time slot, price, and status of the ticket are displayed.

Click on the **Void ticket **button to cancel the ticket. A pop up message is displayed asking if you want to cancel the ticket.
Click Cancel ticket to cancel it , or click Return to go back to previous screen.

Upsells

This tab shows the add on's which have been purchased along with the tickets.

Other Actions

On the right side of the screen, customer details such as name and email address are displayed. The status of the order is also shown. Completed means the payment has been made successfully and the order is fulfilled. Cancelled means the

Settings page allows the customer to view and edit general settings and backend functionalities such as languages, API, etc . This is accessible from the left hand side of the dashboard as shown below.

From the Settings page you can:

General : Edit the general settings like the name of the website, the timezone. the check in marges etc.
Languages : Here you can change the language of the user interface to English, Dutch, French or German.
Templates : Add or edit new templates for the e-tickets or the receipts.
Scanners : Add and connect scanners
VAT rules : Add/Edit VAT rules

Users : here you can add other accounts to your business. You can add them to 3 groups: Administrator, this role has full access and can make changes en see all information. Sales, this role can see and edit orders, customers, availability, products, coupons and reports. Support, This role can see the orders, customers and availability.
Cost per order, add to each order once an amount useful for example administration cost.
Security : Here you can add a free captcha to improve the security of your webshop.

Adding Products

In this article, you will understand how to add products using the Booqi app. This is the simplest way to add a product to your shop which gives you an idea of the various requirements and attributes you can add at the product level. To add a new product, follow the steps below:

On your Booqi page, go to Shop > Products.
On the Products page, click Add product.

The Add product screen is displayed. Select the attributes that you want to include in the product. It's important to select them now as they cannot be adjusted afterwards.

Click Create. The Edit product screen is displayed. On this screen, you have to enter the Product Details.

Once you are done, click Save. Select the Publish checkbox to publish the product on the storefront.

Getting started with Liquid Code

In Booqi you're able to modify your Storefront's source code. You can edit the HTML code and dynamically render output by Liquid.

Below you'll see the Liquid Documentation and Booqi's build-in/available variables. Besides that there are some tags that are required to use to keep your Storefront functioning properly.

Following tags should be used in your _base.liquid file. Those require your tracking pixels (if any) and necessary Booqi-components.

{{ booqi(body_end) }} - Should be placed above </body>

The tag `{{ booqi(storefront) }}` should be used in your `store/store.liquid` file, your storefront application will be rendered at the position where you place this tag.
