Using the Booqi Scan Application

You can use our Android or IOS application to validate tickets. You can read how to do this in the following article.
First, download the app on your phone by searching for Booqi in the Play store or apple app store or going to the following URLs:

- Android app
- Apple app store app

If you downloaded the app make sure you log into your Booqi admin panel on a different device.

- Click on Settings
- Click on the "Scanners" tab
- If this is your first time here you don't have any scanners yet. Then click the "Link Scannner" button.
- Then enter a name for your device
- Your scanner is now added to the list. Note: If you decide to remove it later then the person concerned will no longer be able to scan with their device.
- Then click on the "Connect" button behind the name you entered.
- Click continue.
- You will now see a QR code

Now open the mobile application at the same time and go through the steps. Next, scan with your mobile the QR code you just generated in the admin panel. Once you have done this you will see that your phone is connected to your shop and you can start scanning tickets.

You can create as many scanners here as you want.
You can connect multiple devices to 1 scanner. Please note that when a scanner is deleted here the device is no longer connected.
