After each sale we send a confirmation email with an accompanying text, QR code(s) and a receipt. Mails are only sent safely when you have the correct rights, otherwise these mails will always end up in the spam folder. We have the rights to send mail safely over our own mail addresses of Booqi.me. by default we send all mails from the address: no-reply@m.booqi.me. In this article I'll explain how you can show your shop from your own domain name. By default you get a URL from us, something like yourcompany.booqi.me . Templates The Templates page allows you to manage templates for your E-tickets, Invoices and Passes. You can add as many e-tickets as you like. It is possible to send out a different E-ticket per product. However your shop will only have one pass design and one invoice design available. Email parameters (template placeholders) When you edit email templates in Appearance → Emails, you can insert parameters (placeholders) that get replaced with real order, visitor, or reservation data when the email is sent. The Booqi editor lists the available parameters for each email type, and you can click a parameter to insert it into the subject or body.
