Change the design of my Tickets
Templates
The Templates page allows you to manage templates for your E-tickets, Invoices and Passes.
You can add as many e-tickets as you like. It is possible to send out a different E-ticket per product. However your shop will only have one pass design and one invoice design available.
In the following article you will read how to change and upload new designs in you shop.
To change a design you can go to: Appearance >Templates and click the tab of the element you want to change.
When you click a tab you will see a list of all templates that have been created.
The name of the template as well as linked products and upsells are displayed.
Click on the eye icon to view the template.
Click on Add template to create a new E-ticket.
First enter the desired template name In the create tab, click the edit button to customise a template from a general example.
Note in the design you will see red areas These are the areas where we will place text.
The tickets need to be created with dimensions: 1000x1970 pixels (width x height)

It is also possible that you already have a self-made template. In that case, click the upload tab to upload a previously created template from your computer. In the same screen you can download an example template.
The creation of invoices and passes can be done by following the same steps as for te e-ticket.

Please note: you can have one invoice active per organisation; this will be sent with every order
